MARSHALL - Photographer

I am an artist who specializes in photographic digital art creations. My work primarily focuses on the energy of the city. However, this “city vibe” can be elusive to the camera lens alone. A straight photograph often falls short on communicating the vibrancy of the metro area. This is resolved by romancing the photograph with a digital paint brush. I may play up the color, bring light and sparkle to where there was none or explore textures and compositions to better tell the story.

The completed works are stretched over canvas and finished by hand with varnish and are now ready for hanging. Although the canvases are true photographs they are often mistaken for oil paintings.
